A little something!!
They say that NBA was the first men's basketbal league. It was created the 6 of June in 1946. This league was found in New York City. It became really famous. The rules changed but that wasn't a problem. The games became more and more dangerous and physical to play. That's where the people started to be attracted to basketball, and that's where street basketball started.

FIBA
This sort of basketball league is all around the world! They are not as famous as the NBA, but they are famous in other countries, because the NBA is only played in the States. FIBA is a different league. Their rules are not quite the same as the Nba, but they have the same bases. FIBA only means Fédération Internationale de Basket-ball, which means the samething as the NBA but is translated in French.
This picture shows you where the league ''FIBA'' is mostly played. Like I said they are all over the place.

This was made because it advertises the people and they enjoy it, so they countinued to do it. This league stands for ''National Collegiate Athletic Association''. Usually the men that plays in this league, is because they are really talented and they will make it probably to the NBA.
